I just saw this scooter in Steilacom park from one of their original buyers the owner expressed her love for them and how shw "jacked" it from her husband so he would buy another one. They're son also has one. No complaints and reliable battery

Price Match

We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online.  If you find another online store that offers a lower price then us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference.  We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering.  If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within six months of your purchase date will refund the difference as well.

To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitors website within six months from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.

Our 100% Price Guarantee has some limitations:

  • You must purchase the item from our website before requesting your Price Match Guarantee
  • Promotions such as rebates and buy one, get one free offers are not eligible
  • The item must be in stock on the competitors website
  • The competitor must be an online store, they may not have a retail location

Shipping

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

 

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@omegascooters.com.

Exchanges/Returns

 

Returns, Cancellations & Refunds:

As an authorized retailer, Omega Scooters honors the  return, refund and warranty policy of each brand manufacturer in our store.  These brand policies are listed below.  All of our manufacturers accept returns only when the product has not been used and is returned in the packaging it was received in.  Check below for the length of time you have to return your purchase.

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

If you would like return or cancel your purchase please verify your claim meets the requirements set forth by the brand affiliated with your product.  Please email returns@omegascooters.com to submit your claim.

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@omegascooters.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

REFUND POLICY

For defective or faulty products, please take photos or videos and email us at  info@ettrone.com - we will replace or refund your purchase after confirmation. 

Please note: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.

Return & Refunds

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

In order to receive your refund please follow the steps below: 

Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for the refund. 

Request your Return Authorization Number and by emailing  info@ettrone.com with a detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason. Upon approval, you will receive the RA# and the address of the closest warehouse where you can mail the product you would like to return. 

To assure your refund please use trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages. (You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please make sure you send the item back as a gift as we don't cover customs fees for returns) 

Upon the receipt of your package, your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): 

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at  info@ettrone.com

Sale/Promotion items (if applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed? 

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies. 

Invalid Reasons: 

Buyer no longer wants the items - this is the most common example which we can't honour if we want to continue offering great value at info@ettrone.com  The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order. 

If you are shipping an item over $40, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Is your order eligible for a refund?

If your electric vehicle has been shipped, you can return the electric vehicle within 7 days of purchase. 

  • The buyer is responsible for costs associated with return shipping.
  • The refund is determined after our team has received and inspected the item.
  • The refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days upon receiving the item.
  • There will be a 15% restocking fee. 

    We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on the following:

    • Items that have customized add-ons to the product that require installation at the buyer's request, before delivery.
    • Items that have personal modifications to the product by the buyer after delivery. 
    • Items that have been used.
    • Parts that are installed on electric vehicles or used on electric vehicles that are not originally purchased from EVOLV Rides.

    Parts & Accessories:

    If your items have not been shipped, we will offer a full refund.

    Is your order eligible for a refund?

    If your order have been shipped, you can return unopened and uninstalled items within 14 days of receiving them.

    • The buyer is responsible for costs associated with shipping the items back.
    • The buyer is responsible for confirming if parts or accessories purchased are compatible with their electric scooters. 

    We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on electronic parts including: 

      • Charger
      • Battery
      • Throttle / LCD Display
      • Controller
      • Lights
      • Electrical Wirings 

    EVOLV Rides only sells parts and accessories that are compatible with electric vehicles sold by EVOLV Rides.

    Please notify us when you're ready to ship your items back.

    RETURN & REFUND

    OKAI guarantees that subject to the following conditions, return/refund can be requested within 14 days (the actual date may vary according to local laws and regulations) of the purchase date (subject to the actual date the product was received). Please contact OKAI or an authorized dealer of OKAI that you purchased from for more details of the services:

    1. Refund can be requested under the following conditions

    If you have purchased OKAI products from one of our authorized retailers, Amazon, BestBuy or third party retailers, please contact their customer support for more details and follow their return and refund policies first.

    To make a return, please follow these guidelines:

    • Returns request will be accepted within 14 days of receipt of shipment.
    • The item(s) must be in new, unused condition.
    • All return item(s) must be securely packed and protected in the original packaging.
    • Please include the original packing slip & an explanation of the reason for your return.
    • A return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package or the item will be refused.
    • Proof of your original purchase is required.

    Return Charges

    • Ship returns from your nearest post office or any other carriers of your choice. A shipping method with tracking capability is highly recommended.
    • We only accept returns of unused, undamaged products, with original packaging, instructions, tags and marks intact. Missing accessories, damaged or negligently packaged products will not be refunded. We do not issue return shipping labels. You may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please contact the seller for more details.

    2. Refund and/or Exchange can not be requested under one of the following conditions

    • Customer did not immediately report damage sustained in transit of the product.
    • Refund or exchange is requested after 14 days of receipt of shipment.
    • Product sent in for refund or exchange not including all original accessories, attachments and packaging, or with damage to any part of the product.
    • Legal proof-of-purchase or receipts are unable to be provided, or have been forged or tampered with.
    • Product held no manufacturing defects after inspection and testing made by OKAI Technical Support.
    • Crash or burning caused by non-manufacturing defects, as well as any damage caused by unauthorized modification, entry of foreign body (water, oil, sand, etc.), improper installation or operation.
    • Labels, Serial Numbers, waterproof mark, false proof mark, etc. show signs of tampering or altering.
    • Damage caused by external factors, including but not limited to: fire, flood, high wind strength and lightning strikes.

    3. Refund Processing

    Any product not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts or accessories for reasons not due to error or factory defects, or any item that is returned more than 14 days after receiving the RMA approval, will not be returned or refunded.

    If purchased from an OKAI authorized dealer, contact the corresponding dealer for refund consultation.

    Amazon or BestBuy purchase users, please contact Amazon or BestBuy.

    Special Consideration

    1. Please note that we only offer vehicle services to people living in these countries. If you import your vehicle into another country (e.g. when moving house), we cannot send replacement vehicle parts to you or collect your vehicle for servicing.
    2. If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product for special instructions via email at: returns@omegascooters.com
    3. Special Sale merchandise and refurbished product are sold “as is” and are not eligible for return or refund.
